I have a strong interest in wildlife and its preservation, though that's not all I take pictures of! History is an area of significant interest.

Blues and Classic Rock have fed my soul for more than 30 years now. As an avid blues fan I am regular at the  Mahindra Blues Festival every year.

The headline act, Beth Hart this year (2019) was quite phenomenon. We were additionally treated to a harmonica ensemble of Charlie Musselwhite and Brandon Santini.  

Joga bonito... It's universal appeal and simplicity is what makes this game so beautiful and endearing. I have been captivated by the game ever since I got to watch the World Cup on TV in 1986. 

Additionally, I am a lifelong Reds fan. Come on you Reds... YNWA!!!

As a child I loved reading adventure stories... Robinson Crusoe, White Fang, Kidnapped and Treasure Island were among my favourites.... I read a lot of non-fiction now. Mostly it's about finance, economics and travel. Michael Lewis & Tim Severin are among my favourite authors. Philosophically though, I must admit I am influenced by Nassim Taleb the most.
